Aethra
An AI product ecosystem, built one honest layer at a time — orchestration first, real products on top, all of it shipped by a solo founder still recruiting the rest of the team.
Why an ecosystem, not a single app
Most AI startups build one product and stop there. Aethra started from a different premise: the hard part of building with AI isn't any single feature, it's the infrastructure underneath — model routing, personas, usage quotas, streaming, encrypted credential storage, tracing. Build that layer once, well, and every product on top of it gets faster to ship and easier to trust.
That's why Career AI and AI Caller Bot both run on the same orchestration service instead of each shipping their own version of the same plumbing. Career AI is live today, with real billing customers can actually pay for, across Free, Pro, Career+, and Enterprise tiers. Caller Bot is further behind — its backend is real and its Twilio, ElevenLabs, and HubSpot integrations have been verified against live APIs, but no phone call has completed end-to-end yet and there's no UI in front of it. Both statuses are stated plainly, not rounded up.
All of it is being built by one person right now. That's a real constraint, and it's also why the orchestration layer matters so much — it's what lets a single founder maintain multiple real products instead of one. The next step is finding a co-founder to build alongside, not to hand things off to.
Technical philosophy
One orchestration layer, not parallel silos
Model routing, personas, quotas, and streaming are built once as shared infrastructure. Every product ships on top of that layer instead of reinventing it.
Products, not demos
Career AI has real billing customers can actually pay. Caller Bot's Twilio, ElevenLabs, and HubSpot integrations were verified against live APIs — not mocked.
One design system underneath
Aethra UI is 114 components already running in production on Career AI's real frontend today — not a separate future effort.
Metering designed in from day one
Credits and plan quotas were part of the architecture from the start, not bolted on after the fact.
Security built in, not retrofitted
Encrypted credential storage with AES-256-GCM, and full request tracing across the orchestration layer.
Honest status labels
“Live” and “Private Preview” on this site mean exactly what they say. Nothing is marketed as available before it actually is.
